Sessions will be led by Manuel Montero and NA’s GK coach.
What You’ll Learn:
- Proper Goalkeeper Movement & Set Position
- Catching Techniques (Overhand, Underhand)
- Diving Techniques (Low, Medium, High)
- Handling Crosses & 1v1 Situations
- Distribution Skills
Session Breakdown (90 minutes):
- 20 minutes: Technical Warm-up
- 25 minutes: Activity 1
- 25 minutes: Activity 2
- 20 minutes: Scrimmage
Session Times:
- High School: 3:30 – 5:00 PM
- Middle School: 4:30 – 6:00 PM
- Elementary School: 5:30 – 7:00 PM
Schedule: Every Friday from April 4 to June 6 (excluding April 18).
